People struggling with depression often note that they feel “stuck.” My goal is to help you be more flexible in the face of depression, so that you can relate to your feelings in new ways, get out of unhelpful patterns, and approach your life differently. I also want to help you explore your values and reconnect with what is most important to you. This is how you can become “unstuck” and begin to live a life of meaning and enjoyment.
