Athletes and Sport Performance

Athletes commonly have to deal with a variety of stressors and concerns that other people don’t. My focus is always on you as a whole person, not just you as an athlete. Here are some of the things that I can help with:

  • Working through unhelpful perfectionism

  • Bettering your life and relationships outside of athletics

  • Being more focused, present, and aware

  • Handling the pressure and expectations that other’s put on you…or that you put on yourself!
